He cultivates an intellectual approach and emotional awareness to help navigate life and career challenges. 


Damien Wilpitz has managed a career in science and business for more than 20 years; from The University of California to Harvard Medical School. He's cultivated a network of influential friends and colleagues in a wide range of industries; biomedical, biotech/pharma, academia, politics, entertainment, marketing, and many more.  He's currently the founder and lead consultant of a boutique consultancy which advises and helps biomedical researchers and biotech startups develop and manage teams and infrastructures. His primary goal is to give back to science what science has given to him; tools to live life better.
